WHY HAS NO ONE TOLD ME OF THESE?!

They are cows in duvets and I must have them immediately!

Looks really good!

Simple sausage ragu… sofritto, couple of sausages broken up, clove of garlic, tim of tomatoes, bit of purée, seasoning. Bronze cut linguine. Pecorino post photo.

Super tasty.

Breaded pork cutlet, fried potatoes. I think I’ve posted similar before but hats off to Frau GenX, it’s always delicious…

Suffering with a small bout of manflu, so comfort food was required.

Sausages (Tesco Finest no less), cheesy mash and a superior choice of legume.

I'm into orzo at the mo:

Orzo, chicken and chorizo, topped off with a sprinkling of chopped basil and parmesan, delish!

Never heard of ‘beef olives’ before; got to say that looks scrumptious.

I didn't realise beef olives were a Scottish thing until I posted them.

Originally a French dish (auld alliances and all that). Alouettes sans têtes. Larks without heads.

En paupiette, en ballotine are classic French techniques which really aren't that hard to do.

Basically rolling and stuffing.

Ripe for a comeback I'd say.
