Had friends over for dinner last night, easy to make with guests and used a abundance of oregano and rosemary. Managed to dry loads of oregano and plenty of fresh coming through.

Arnaki Kleftiko (bandit's lamb)

Cooked individually and finished with goats cheese. Had feta in filo, honey and sesame for starters, didn't want to double feta!

Dinner at a hidden gem called St Helena in Bedfordshire. Despite a few years since last visit the owners Raff & Frank still knew me by name (I didn't book it!). Proper old-school service and consistently good food.

I've been in London this weekend chasing my related marathon runners, but returned home in time to knock up prawns and scallops with spicy chorizo, and spicy cauliflower and peas.
