Some salad and jerk drumsticks,had a jerk kit in cupboard needed using,so modified it ,rather than marinade then cook in the sauce ,lobbed it all in a bowl with some Aldi drumsticks ,turned out nice ,picked some redstripe up to wash it down ,

Ocado tomorrow so tonight was a “what’s not looking too furry” dinner. Leek & pepper lentils, honey mustard sesame glazed sausages and some assorted greens.

Bit of a self assembly job of brined roast chicken, greens and roasted carrots with carraway.

First entry on here, homemade chunk steak burger with cheese.

Its one of my favourite sections of PH, but never posted in here before.

Burger was tastier than normal pub burgers, but I'm struggling to get that authentic US ground beef flavour.
