Pub classic tonight.
Wonderful, looks fab! I cant see colmans though!

I did a ham egg and chips recently and it was mega - cheated and added mushy peas but was looking for that cheap pub / cafe vibe!

The buttery fried pineapple was a worthy addition.

Omniflow,
No Keto diet. I thought he worked with Peter Sellers, didn't know he was a cook.

Until now I'd never considered whether I needed an ultra-high-res image of a mustard smear in my life.

Thank you.

Butternut squash and black bean chilli, with roasted kale with ras el hanou. From the Riverford autumn and winter veg cookbook.

Absolutely delicious.
Roasted kale is fab.

I've started roasting broccoli and cauliflower more often of late too. So much better than losing all of the flavour to a pan of water!

Ha, there is a story behind the focus on the mustard! i'd been surviving on an inferior english mustard and that was a new jar of Colmans and therefore was actually the highlight of meal - enough mustard to make you sneeze.

A better ultra-high-res image of the meal with out of focus chips, pineapple and egg instead smile

My wife was given an air fryer for Christmas. (Not by me I hasten to add). I have not really been a believer but thought I would give it a try with wings. I’m now a convert!
There are a few diferent air fryers. Some just have a cage that you put the food in, others like mine are circular with a blade that turns the food. Thing is if you do the flour, salt and pepper coating it can get knocked off by the blade.

You can see the difference in the oven method keeps the coating on

I added some garlic into the butter as well and sat it on the rad for an hour.
