Exactly thumbup

And

'“So I’ve been eating a stload of cheese instead. It’s delicious, filling and, most importantly, it isn’t sugary. It’s basically like eating a massive bag of kale, except it doesn’t make me want to kill myself.”

It does look like a 70's dinner party side dish, as long as you enjoyed it though smile.

Currently on Keto, so my dinner tonight is a skinny burger.

250g of mince stuffed with stilton.
Seasoned with salt and pepper and brushed with melted butter.
2 rashes of smoked bacon.
Extra mature cheddar, melted under the grill.
Home made sauce. Finely chopped onion, ketchup, american mustard and mayo, paprika and cayenne.
Bed of fine gem lettuce, spring onion and pepper.

Special night tonight, bit of father and daughter cooking time! Wine may have been involved........

A lovely reverse seared 1kg tomahawk steak, with a fresh salsa verde, roasted balsamic tomatoes, onion rings, garlic mushrooms and triple cooked chips!

Steak was rubbed in a mix of garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, onion granules, brown sugar and chilli flakes. Cooked for about 30mins at 120deg until 46deg internal, then seared on a cast iron griddle and wrapped with homemade garlic, parsley, shallot butter for 10mins. Final temp was 56deg internal, perfect med rare!

Was luuuuuurvely!

Vegetarians please look away now!
