Iv had some beers , ordered a takeaway but they cancelled so a fry up seemed a good idea.

Eggs are from my parents pet chickens , bread is from baker (wrong type for fried). Everything else is supermarket fodder

Were you more pissed than Basky?
You must have been. His evening FEB looks great, yours looks like you emptied the bin.

Did it go wrong when you dropped it while taking it out of the oven?

Looks good. What mix of lentils do you use in the dhansak?

Lovely. Dhansak is my favourite curry, but I have not made it at home yet

They're just split red lentils cooked into oblivion until they're basically a thin dhal. It's also got shredded pineapple in it at my wife's insistence. Does give a nice sweet counterbalance to the tamarind.

I add pinapple as well, not authentic, but tasty.

Yeah I sometimes add pineapple too. I use a mix of mung dal, toor dal and chana dal into the masoor (red) dal

Would you be able to provide the recipe for the Naan breads? They look authentically thin and crispy rather than the thick and fluffy ones I normally see in the UK.
