Not dinner in its entirety but the only but really worth photographing; homemade dragon rolls.

Crispy king prawns in a tempura-ish batter (actually more like a Korean fried chicken batter without the chilli paste) with cucumber, spring onions, crispy shallots, kewpie mayo and chilli crisp sriracha.

I do enjoy making a homemade version of popular takeaway meals.

This time it was good old cod & chips, with peas and homemade tartare sauce.
It was a bit of a faff but well worth it, so much 'lighter' and less greasy than from most chippies.

I was going to put this in the dirty takeaway thread but I had a quick look through there and felt that might be a bit harsh on tonight’s dinner!

We have “the best ribs in America” in town here. I don’t know if they’re the best or not, but I do know they’re dang good!

Had some left over from the other night so combined with a fresh bagel from a local store, put this together for a quick dinner.

Had something similar for lunch yesterday ... Mate made racks of BBQ ribs.
Pulled the bones out and stuck the meat in brioche burger buns. LOVELY!

Not a fan of Veal but that looks amazing - gold rim plates to boot!

Mrs A is a massive Foo Fighters fan.

So I made a pie last night because it's May / middle of the bloody winter.

Well done with the logo!

Fat Friday KFC.

I did only put 4 herbs and spices on due to being on Weight Watchers at the moment.
