The kids dinner wink

I like the way the chicken, lets call them tenders to be posh, all face in the same direction ! Like cows in a field..

Top work

I bet your kids missed that little tweak you did to make it look presentable as well. Pesky things.

Mine is hopeless. frown

The kids (the other half and I wink) loved it! Although I did not appreciate the direction of all of the tenders frown

Bought a milk fed lamb quarter from Basco online (lechazo). Seasoned with just salt, basted with some fat (dripping in this case as had no lard) and slow roasted over a pan containing some water. Served simply with roasted potatoes and a lettuce and spring onion salad. Had some aioli on the side.

The flavour of the lamb is delicate and slightly creamy, the skin was amazing.

So delicious.

Last nights and one from a few days ago. Nothing fancy, gammon and chips and chicken breast topped with mushrooms, bacon and cheese - the pink plate is the wife's lol.

You must have been absolutely battered to think avocardo on a burger was a good idea. :-)

Place called Billy bobs near me is back open, and in the words of Pumba from lion king - " I ate like a pig!"

Their mac and cheese is sensational. Washed down with an epic milkshake. Also they have mountain dew, the original stuff from the states, not that energy drink st version that you see in the local shop.

My wife put out the avo - I thought I’d live dangerously! It was remarkably tasty!
