"Gunpowder chicken" from the Mowgli cookbook. Basically deepfried "popcorn" style chicken with indian spices.

Didn't make the chutney that the recipe calls for but it was delicious smothered in shop bought lime pickle, raita and served with some rocket in a wrap.
