3-hr slow cooked ribs, spicy garlic wedges, apple coleslaw, bbq onions. Tasted better than it looked.

It was a bit cold, but squeezed a BBQ in today. Went a bit over the top with the sides, left hardly any space for meat!

Looks more like a tortilla plate... how did you eat that?

Rather messily!

Lots of napkins required. Damn tasty though.

Lamb keema kofta, fried peppers and onion, mint/coriander/onion/tomato raita, green chutney, basmati rice and naan breads.

Then strawberry jelly topped with whipped (a bit too much) double cream & icing sugar and blueberries.

Although not a dinner, I was quite pleased with my first attempt at sausage and egg plait, and it went down very well with my work colleagues.

Thanks, yeah, a slice of that was a nice afternoon snack at work.

I sort of combined two recipes but it's basically this one with four or five hard boiled eggs put in the middle of the meat:

I'd never heard of that before, but yeah, I suppose so but in a plait!
