Fish Friday, so bouillabaisse. Absolutely fantastic.

Looks good but I’ve often wondered what is the point of soup bowls with massive rims
Food hygiene - keeps the waiter's thumb out of the soup wobble

The good thing is about yoghurt marinade, the chicken stay moist with flavour from marinade. Might try a whole roast chicken.

Nothing fancy just a lamb roast dinner. Gravy added after photos.

That would sort my hangover right out! Don’t suppose you could courier me one over?

Two chops cut from a rack from the supermarket, somehow always more tender and more tasty than a pre cut chop.

Looking good. Had a rack last night too - okay, but not enough of a decent fat covering.

Pappadelle with beef shin ragu this afternoon. Really good and very simple. Made enough ragu for 8 good portions, so six in the freezer.

Cheers but looks like some stunners on here, can't beat lamb. My favorite is Ocado merino lamb, lovely stuff, this one was from Morrisons though, very nice.

A salmon pate and grey prawn starter, followed by pork. Served with a dry French white and then a nice Portuguese red.

More spicy potatoes and gravy added after the picture so that you didn't think I was a greedy sod.
