Thumbs up for the cheese platter, why can't planes do something similar?
One of the best plane meals I ever had was down the back on South African Airways Durban-Cape Town : simple box of great cheeses. Perfect on a short sector.Didn't realise you could actually still get cuisine like that on UK trains.

Thanks.
It's roast feta on a bed of shallots, garlic and finely chopped tomatoes. Herbs are oregano and dill.
will try this! It's roast feta on a bed of shallots, garlic and finely chopped tomatoes. Herbs are oregano and dill.
I also had one in a light, sweet batter, was very nice with honey. Fatty, salty and sweet goodness
I was aiming for one pan spanish chicken and rice (I think she has better lighting )

Looks delicious! It's a variation of one of my go-to meals - I do it with various meats, but chicken thighs are a favourite.https://cafedelites.com/one-pan-spanish-chicken-an...

sweetcorn, korma sauce, garlic, dried home grown chillies and pepper
Like a thick indian corn chowder. Not too hot, but had some heat.
PS a few minutes later I am glad I have this bottle of Aldi lager; had a nice afterheat from my home grown chillies.
This is how to eat vegan ! Once per week at least ......

I would like to know how you make a Korma without milk or cream
Coconut milk?Anyway, I'm making an 8 litre batch of dairy free/nut free "Korma" sauce this morning.
Keyboard, Aldi and vegan and you guys still don't get the joke?
It was a tin of sweetcorn and a tin of Tesco cheapest korma sauce I found out of the cupboard. With the added extra home grown items tasted not too bad.
Ok, tonights bowl of stuff. Mac and cheese ! I had Carbonara sauce and added some cheese slices to make it not illegal in 37 out of 51 US states
The chillies are home grown. Half fairy lights ( 40 000 Sc) and half Paper lantern ( 400 000 sc) or so, depending on growing and picking.
It packed quite a kick but the sauce obviously mellowed it. The onions sort of got lost though. This would be a lot better with more veg, say normal peppers or tomato.
Filling and with kick, but the sauce and pasta sort of melded into one. I can understand why the yanks like this sort of thing. Needs a different texture to end up likle some adult baby food.
