It sounds great (I love cod and chorizo), but appears to have been served via artillery rocket.
Fair comment… the cod was unceremoniously dumped out of the pan on top of the stew laugh

Currently deserting with strawberries and dark chocolate.

Mmmmmm… asparagus!

Tuna belly, marinaded then seared, marinade reduced to make a sauce. Steamed rice. Double cooked parsnips and carrots.

Sweet, salty, slightly spicy, pure umami.

Gone a bit AMG

Beautiful!

I supplemented the veggies with burgers. Served on a children’s plate like the kiddy food they are!

Keep the peas cold, they'll move!

Just the right size for one, their meat and potato pies are good as well, but more of a challenge for one!

What you need is two glasses. Rose for the fish and red for the meat.

Rose is not acceptable under any circumstances.

Provence Rose is absolutely perfect summer 'session wine'.

Yeah, a nice sparkling rose on a hot day is a treat.

I think it's bad reputation comes from people only having the Gallo Family ones. That white grenache seemed to be omni present about 15 years ago and it tasted like an alcopop laugh
