Mmmmmm… asparagus!

Tuna belly, marinaded then seared, marinade reduced to make a sauce. Steamed rice. Double cooked parsnips and carrots.





Sweet, salty, slightly spicy, pure umami.

I supplemented the veggies with burgers. Served on a children’s plate like the kiddy food they are!

Just the right size for one, their meat and potato pies are good as well, but more of a challenge for one!

Yeah, a nice sparkling rose on a hot day is a treat.

I think it's bad reputation comes from people only having the Gallo Family ones. That white grenache seemed to be omni present about 15 years ago and it tasted like an alcopop
