Provence Rose is absolutely perfect summer 'session wine'.
Agreed. We always have some to hand at this time of yearThe drier stuff is lovely to quaff with a long afternoon lunch.
This Sainsbury's Fronton
Is a cracking wine
I quite like Whispering Angel Côtes de Provence Rosé - we went through a fair few bottles weekend before last

I used to live on Charlie Binghams through the week before I retired. Reasonable food for ready meals. I’d then live on take always Friday-Sunday.
Add in the stress of corporate life and 60hr weeks and it was a healthy existence
One of my absolute favourites tonight… Chicken and mushroom risotto. Like all the best Italian meals, not complicated to make, but get the ingredients right and the taste is fabulous. If I could only eat one cuisine for the rest of my life it would be Italian.
