noodles in a pot
Discussion
Well tried that pot tonight. Lots of packets including two folded forks (I suspect it should just have been one).
Instructions and cover picture infer to use a 'real' bowl, however with the plastic forks I decided to go ahead with the cardboard pot - also there was an internal line which did match 600ml of water with the noodles in there.
Water drained, packets added and stirred, did look a little sloppy
Was actually rather tasty and the noodles had a nice chew to them - and felt as if that was correct, not under/over cooked. Were a tad too slippery for Japanese hachi though. Next time I'll use a form (or my long unused metal Korean chopsticks)

Haha it was your post the other day that reminded me how good they are - my order from Starry should be on the doorstep later today Think I ordered their Satay Chicken kit as well.
Fried off some partially-defrosted Aldi king prawns for a couple of minutes adding chopped spring onions (for crunchy texture) for a few seconds - set aside & cooked the noodles per instructions adding back the prawns & spring onions for the last 30 seconds.
Lovely chewy noodles & sauce was ace! Will try the curry one tomorrow & at some point soon will compare with the the non-wholegrain versions.
Left-hand packet pictured above, the Laksa is what you see below.

Picked this up at the Staples Corner Wing Yip today. Looks like they have finished the refurb and there is a lot more in stock (except half the items I want ...). Not that many decent noodle pots either.
Who is the manufacturer Dapprman - trying to find it on StarryMart's website?@Dickymint
Would you mind listing some of your go to recommendations if you don't mind

I haven't seen the "stew type" one before but the normal ones are a staple here - what's in the pot other than noodles and sauce? Any unusual dehydrated nuggets to add excitement?
some greeny black shriveled-up things which I don't quite remember eating. I love spicy food but these are way hotter than nong-shin ramen. Jer_1974 said:

Would you mind linking to it on the Starry Mart website?
I browsed through all the packets & couldn't find it. Might be Out of Stock maybe?

@dicky, you had the bowl version right? Where did you pick it up from?
Any other recommendations?
