McSpicy when i tried it was just very boring. It really just didn't taste much different to any of the Iceland branded hot'n'spicy chicken burgefs/breast fillets

And another thing, maccy burgers are known to be stone cold after 5 mins so who in their right mind would get a deliveroo one?

Bacon on a burger doesn't work for me, sounds great, ruins the taste sadly.

Had a big mac and fries today for the first time in about a year, It was pretty good to be fair.

The only burger where bacon really works is Burger King’s bacon double cheese. No sauces or salads, just bun, meat and cheese

If I'm not feeling like an egg, will ask for an extra patty instead on the Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal. But Quad burgers .... maybe one for a post beers morning.

It's the only thing I really eat from McDs, and it's a fantastic hangover tonic.

But the patties are incredibly greasy and salty, almost unbearably so. I think overdoing it on meat would ruin the delicate balance.

Re the bacon, yep its really gone down hill. I have had to take stuff back recently because the bacon was actually raw. Should have gone to the EHO but CBA.

They steam it IIRC, and I don't know what's going on with my local but its gone down hill massively. Also had burnt stuff. Seems they are struggling either way!!

I normally go every Friday morning but I have been cutting back recently as I have found its just not worth the hassle any more.

The coffee is becoming a total joke too - if you were lucky you got 3/4 of a cup but down to half a cup now. £5.09 for a p*ss poor effort no thanks.

Illustrates perfectly the state of UK McD's fries vs. the German offering posted yesterday, much like the country as a whole our fries appear to have no 'backbone'.
