Some very impressive performances this weekend.

Advanced-level stuff.
I spent £150 on curry for four.
Unfortunately being drunk enough to spend that much on takeaway meant being far too drunk to concern myself with photos. Top scran mind, and leftover bhajis, pops and masala chips were still all crisp in the morning.
Crikey. Did that include helicopter delivery? From Mumbai?

Serious question time

Do people not give any sts - ZERO stS - to packaging being contaminated with COVID virus? Handle the box, lick fingers, yummy yummy in my tummy.

I know I may be being a bit mental.

Clearly not, and you can take precautions like washing your hands before eating!!

Not quite zero sts. But insufficient sts for it to affect behaviour. Life's st enough as it is to rule out the few treats currently still available.

Decant takeaway onto plate. Wash hands properly. Eat.

Very little risk, IMO.

Recent studies show that there is almost no risk of transmission from surfaces.

e.g. (there are loads out there - google "surface transmission covid-19"

I got a chicken Tikka in naan the other day, from a very large and busy place. Some staff wore no mask, others had the mask below the nose.

But they make the naan fresh, and grill on charcoal so the taste is to die for

I've had 2-3 Deliveroos a week since last March (trying not to think about how much I've spent), and no excessive handwashing or COVID here.

Sadly all were 'nice' (we've probably only used 8-10 different places), and none have warranted sharing here.

Couldn’t help myself again tonight, but that’s the last one for a while, although it was one of the best kebabs I’ve ever had, every bit of meat was perfect, chicken shish, lamb shish, kofte and doner..

My half of a meal for two from a local place we've just started using. Not shown: included naan, extra Bombay akoo, and medium kebab

Literally the moment I viewed this, the dog silently guffed underneath my desk.

There was a moment of confusion.
