99.9% of lebanese type takeaways near me have the same, they all buy in the flat bread, its Dina Kobez Wrap, same as sold down the supermarket.

just opinions but presumably it varies slightly due to construction tolerences

Mixed shawarma meal, chips out of shot. £10 from Mezaj Shawarma in Leeds, near the uni. It has changed names and owners over the years and as a result the prices and quality have varied. Alas it was lacking flavour as was the toum, shame really especially at that price.

Got a new place local to me that I'm hoping to try soon. Shawarma places have become more common recently but a lot of them sell the same prepared bland donner meat masquerading as shawarma.

McDonald’s alfresco,mc spicy,didn’t appear too spicy at first ,but started to burn a bit after ,then had brain freeze With the ripple ice cooler ,one extreme to the next,had to use my 99p sandwich deal so a Big Mac ,why not ,and 20 nuggets shared some with the dog ,
