Best i've found local to HG1 is in Boroughbridge (Fox & Hounds in Langthorpe), better than most of the offerings i've sampled from Teesside. Chef can sometimes overdo it with the thickness of the escalope, but beautifully moist in the middle whilst a crisp outer beneath the Bech is a joy to savour.
