The (claimed) original was just one Krispy Kreme glazed donut split like a burger bun. At a stadium in Chicago I think, saw it on an ep of Man vs Food years ago.
The ones that use two donuts seem like too much cake to me.
I'd posted just this before I got to your post so deleted mine. The donut was 'inside out' so you didn't get your fingers sticky, as if that's the main worry when consuming about a thousand calories in a burger! The ones that use two donuts seem like too much cake to me.

Small is about right Good work procuring creamed cabbage though - was that a Manjaros effort?
The portion size was spot on as it was a fairly thick piece of chicken. That was from Delicious Parmesan House in Bradford, probably the only place round here that comes close to the places I used to eat them from in the NE back when I worked in Durham. Not had a parmo from Manjaros for a while, last one I had from there was a massive let down. All the food is doused in the same tasting sauce, it’s odd

Danny Malin (from Rate My Takeway) posted over the weekend that his fiancee is expecting, despite him apparently having had the snip!
Sometimes it can heal itself up but you'd be wondering anyway...........giblet said:

Ahh fair enough, always wary of trying one from around here - furthest 'South' i've found a passable Parmo is Boroughbridge, The Fox & Hounds pub in Langthorpe does a belter. Agreed Manjaros is ste, don't ever get one from Harrogate either, they're all scrap. Not had a parmo from Manjaros for a while, last one I had from there was a massive let down. Visited Redcar a few weeks back, found a takeaway called The Seasons that offered Creamed Cabbage as a side, so grabbed a couple of Parmos and sampled their Parmo Pizza also - wholeheartedly recommended.
