Those chips come from the Indian? Look decent
Yeah, they were from a new place that opened by me a few weeks ago. They were like chips from a Chinese!

Going to upset the "No chips with curry" bunch with this one.. Not only chips, it's chips with a potato curry hehe Had to order something to hit the minimum delivery charge and didn't fancy Naan.

Beef Deshi Aloo, fried rice & chips..
Half & half! That's a Welsh thing that is - half rice, half chips biggrin.

O/T I have very fond memories of chips from the Chinese with a pot of curry sauce. Twenty years ago now, but the memory of that golden crunchy outside, fluffy inside, plenty of salt and the sauce... cloud9

After a hard weekend in the kitchen, a not particularly dirty KFC.

Zinger tower burger box meal, 4 x hot wings, chips and gravy (aka peppery corn starch).

Not the largest wings or portion of chips but filled the hole.

is that really what entails a portion of chips at KFC these days?

It was certainly a weak effort. I'm not enough of a regular to comment on whether it's the norm. Just the occasional delivery.

it's one of the reasons I never go to KFC anymore (that and it's price). if an alien came to earth and ate KFC they'd think the chips were more valuable than the chicken. Even if you buy a large it's not much chips.

I go to a local indie FC place, chip portion is always generous.

I like KFC, the fact the fries are better than they were, and how hit and miss the food can be. Like Russian roulette but with ermm chicken.

Consistency is the problem. The fries would be fine if they were cooked properly as would the gravy and the chicken but invariably one of the three at least will be awful

Yay the planets have aligned and I finally have something to bring offer up. Box rice with token vegetable piece.

Washed down with some water with ice. After all the carbs and salt I felt like I'd just run around the block a few times.

Chips look a bit rare, but otherwise that’s a cracker!
