A more predictable offering from me today. Friday's barbecued left over sausages re-fried with extra piquant chorizo and mushrooms, moved to a warming pan whilst the eggs were done in the chorizo oil.

Like it.

This tasted better than it looked. Which we can all agree was a low bar to clear.

Do you cook on the job? Pics are always very dark! Looks like you have a little coal dust on your fry.

I think this one needs some commentary.

Along the lines of:

"Quincy entered the cold mortuary and approached the slab. Gently he pulled back the white sheet, and dispassionately observed the devastation that was wrought by yesterday's combined gas explosion, cattle stampede, and runaway steamroller disaster"

hehe

Something like that.

Bagel slightly over toasted. Cutting in half and squeezing to try and prevent the thing falling apart meant it was flatter than ideal. Saved by decent bacon and nice runny egg.

You understand why commercial places glue them together with fake cheese.

French toast made with garden hen eggs. Berries cooked in maple syrup. Served with double cream

One double, one single sausage and egg muffin. Tesco fake maccies again, passed the other half test. I think they’d be better or perhaps more authentic with processed cheese.
