My personal idea of a perfect fry-up:

Accompaniments:

Still a bit nervous of beans having been served them in an edible fashion for the first time at Christmas, hence their exclusion from the plate.
Reduced with chorizo thanks to whoever introduced it to the forum.

I'm claiming it. Piquant chorizo, natch. Transcends the bean from the humble to the spectacular.

I must point out that the fried bread was the one part that my good lady cooked. Also that she has been ruined for normal beans thanks to CdG and some awfully piquant chorizo.

That, and fungus is not a food group. hehe

Tabasco, Cholula or Worcestershire. HP also acceptable when suitably diluted with baked bean juice.
Yes - glad to see I’m amongst enlightened minds ...smile
I’ve no connection except being a raving fan, but I absolutely rely on this stuff for disguising my rubbish cooking with a delicious bit of a kick.

Ooh, we do like chilli oil in the bolide household. Usually opt for the reliable Lee Kum Kee brand.
SJ et all, Sun Wah is now open again for online orders and is offering 35% off with the code hello2021
BOOM!

Thank you for this. Another 6 jars on the way at £2 each. Lovely job, thank you. smile
Top recommendation SJ; I had the crunchy garlic with the mac and cheese for dinner and the sound I made was nom nom nom.

Such a feast for the eyes is BiP's effort, that the fact that is seemingly served on a child's plate has escaped without comment.
