Good, apart from the sausages.
That looks like a good sized portion there biggrin
COVID prevents us doing our own plating apparently, so I asked The Keeper of the Buffet for a large breakfast with everything with no little hint of pleading in my voice, and he saw me right.

Mrs Jim had an elephantine hangover so I got half of hers too.

The one catch was that the brown sauce was in little individual jars (disguised as jam) so I missed it first time round and couldn’t be bothered to go back.

Was the bread even in the same room as the toaster?

Yes to all, but your toast is a disgrace.

White toast taken very literally - it's an oop distraction technique, isn't it?

No, just very poor toast laugh there’s only a few people here prepared to admit they enjoy ‘oops, the more we convert the better!

Eggs were a mix of Burford Brown and M&S Large. Just black pepper and Tabasco for dressing. Weirdly the heal (end slice) took far more colour than other - but was hardly any thicker.

To finish - toast and marmalade, cut on the diagonal

Eggs look great but, for God's sake man, get yourself a nice teacup or coffee mug. And a butter dish come to that. Details, details...

My Rebuttal:

"Get yourself a nice teacup or coffee mug" I was drinking orange juice - and all the pint glasses were either in the dishwasher/daughters bedroom growing mould. - yes I drink a pint @ a time rather than the thimble full glass you often get with breakfast.

"And a butter dish come to that" - My "butter" comes in its own receptacle / dispensing container already.

You missed the "Council" - marmalade from the jar detail - rather than it being put into the Waterford Crystal with a Sterling silver Jam/Marmalade spoon (so as not to cross contaminate butter/Marmalade. Nor was the butter curled and then chilled on ice.

Likewise - re-use of main plate rather than a side plate for the "Sweet" ending.

Details man - details !! smile

Unfortunately there were only two eggs left so wife and son got the poached eggs on top. My toast had just the guacamole

Coffee was glorious. Panamanian from my favourite roaster

I'm going to guess 4. I usually do 3 and that looks like a bit more than I get.
