Not the stuff itself, but you sometimes get a pink/orange powder sprinkled on the top.
Guessing it's some kind of shrimp based thing but am going to a town with a decent Asian supermarket this weekend so any pointers on what to look for appreciated. Brand names to look out for or photos even better!!

Its made from oysters from what I've been told. It is called shredded dry fish powder or fish floss.
