Did they turn up out of the blue, or did they notify you of the delivery?I’ve just had the following email from them. It’s understandable but annoying at the same time. I hope the quality of the pans is better than their admin (I’ve had the dodgy invoices too). No timescale given but I’ve just emailed them back to enquire.

We are doing our best to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, however due to high demand and COVID-19 related restrictions within the manufacturing environment, we had to adjust our delivery times which were announced on our website.
After finding that unfortunately part of the manufacturing area has been affected by COVID-19 we can now confirm that your order will not reach you before Christmas.
We are very sorry if you have purchased our products as a Christmas present.
We would understand that you may wish to cancel your order. If this is the case, please notify us by replying to this message confirming the cancellation with your order number, and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you decide to wait for your order, we will include one of our 16” Mermaid Hard Anodised Baking Pans as a gift for the inconvenience this situation caused.

I was supposed to have had a new oven and induction hob fitted but that's all gone out the window with the immediate lockdown in Wales so it probably works out for the best. I can't be using new saucepans with an old oven!
