Dont they cook the chicken and collect all the sh*te that drips out of them in a dish in the floor of the oven? That then somehow gets made into gravy the next day.

I lasted one shift in a KFC when I was 16, so it was a long time ago, but watching that stuff getting made put me off it for the next 10 years - that and the student taking a leak in the fryer.

No. Because then it would be Kentucky Baked Chicken, not Kentucky Fried Chicken. The subtle clue is in the name!

Haha Jesus, I should really send you a prize for spotting that wink OK the term I should have used was that it's a pressure fryer. But now you mention the name, does that mean all the chicken comes from Kentucky too?
