I've just done some online shopping with Tesco and saw they were on special offer. Not had them for at least 10 years so thought I'd treat my self. I pushed the boat out and spent 89p on a pack of 4.
What flavour did you get?
Minced beef.

It's the future.

Or possibly the past.

I haven't had these for years, decades even. Must go and buy some, in fact, I might nip out right now biggrin I remember the minced beef filling as being vaguely reminiscent to that of a Pukka pie filling, and a nice crispy savoury pastry outer.

Do they still make em ?

Had a craving earlier and wondered if they still make them. Are there any other favourite foods you wish were still produced?

Have they gone a bit like shrinking Wagon Wheels and Hula Hoops that no longer fit on your fingers then?!

Already have the VC backing and the business name Dirty Food Deli registered. I might let you franchise though. Having said that, you did say that you were going to 'produce' it, not sell it. There needs to be a link to the end user somewhere. Plenty of room for everyone, you grumpy so and so.

If there is an issue I suggest that we have a 'fresh out the oven crispy pancake eating competition'. No spitting out the hot bits, no cold drinks. Last one to retain all of the skin on the top of their mouth wins the right to use the name (that I came up with wink)

Oooh, keep seeing the advert for them on the telly.

Spam fritters, Smash and beans. Sorted.

The wife wouldn't like it, though.

Well, this is not looking good. The crispy pancakes are tiny, and don't look at all well made. As for the pies? well they stink, and don't look very appetising.

They're in the oven, so lets see how they turn out.

I can't believe I am so easily influenced (or deluded) by you lot!

Anyway, got a packet of smoked salmon to be getting on with.
