Fish on a Friday

Whilst doing the shopping last night a lady was making this:

Was utterly delicious and thought other PHers might like to try it. Will definitely be making it for supper tonight.

I have a thai restaurant that make a very similar dish to this one, it's really good and a nice change for salmon as it's rare I buy or eat it.

might just have to give this recipe a try some time

Humm I would go for some thing not farmed for a Friday a fresh wild fish for a Friday or even shell fish
But wey hey enjoy
