Gin ... what to do with
Discussion
As an employee of the company that makes Hendrick's and the son of a London gin distiller I can only commend your good taste.
For cocktail ideas I'd see the below- we have professional mixologists working on cocktail recipes on a fairly regular basis so there should be some good peculiarities in there for you...

George, you work for William Grant then ...
I work in the packaging industry, so chose Hendricks solely on the packaging. We have supplied William Grant with quite a few things over the years, including http://www.goldkenn.com/en/, Old Alliance. Our Chairman was basically William Grant's glass design consultant about 15 years ago, at a charge out fee of about £3k a day.
Goldkenn was not feasible for any other manufacturer in Europe in terms of timescale and technicality, except us

Buy a big jar and find someone with a whole load of Sloes (or Damsons) - prick all the berries with a pin as you put them into the jar, add some sugar and all the gin - then leave for 3-4 months min - ideally longer and hey presto - Sloe Gin! A far more interesting G&T - An SG&T!
if you dont want to have to prick each berry individually you could always freeze them instead... TimCrighton said:

This is more suited to cheaper gins.Don't forget to eat the fruit, maybe with icecream?

Seriously on the Hendrick's front cucumber in the g&t does make it come to life. Also for a superb tipple use Fever Tree tonic which really does beat Schweppes into a complete cocked hat.
Otherwise try thinking about what you can do with elderflower- St Germain is both interesting from a flavour viewpoint and also a packaging point of view...
PS Let us know what you think of Boe- thats a knew one we haven't seen!
