Anybody know who where I might obtain mielie-meal mail-order in a hurry!
Doing a south african food and wine night in our restaurant next friday, 27th and cannot find the meal locally.

it is like polenta, I believe, only white, ie made from white corn rather than sweetcorn.

We are an island hotel largely dependant on tourist trade but during the winter we like to do themed food and wine evenings for our locals
Last night I sampled one of the red wines, Goats in Villages, a shiraz/pinotage -fantastic stuff -I don't think it will matter what the mielie-meal is like
