Not the right flour. One of the reasons the pasta doesn't taste quite right.

am thinking bacon, onion, mushroom and tomato in the first - followed by lemon & sugar, maple syrup, strawberries & cream etc. ad infinitum until the batter mix runs out.

Today I will be mostly eating bolognese sauce, rolled in pancakes, topped with cheese and baked until the cheese goes brown. Followed by pancakes with lemon and sugar (you can't beat a classic).
