Thin pancakes are lemon and sugar, thicker American style pancakes for breakfast are maple syrup, thick lump of real butter and a side pile of crispy bacon...... oh bugger, hungry now.

Not big fan of thin pancakes.. much pref the thick american versions..

I made pancakes for my daughter's breakfast this morning. She had sugar and lemon juice. If it wasn't for Dr Atkins, i would have stuffed myself with pancakes layered in golden syrup and lemon juice.

As it was, i settled for a sensible omlette frown
