Lemon and sugar here too, on the odd occassion I have been known to spread som strawberry jam inside too

The best one I had today was pancakes filled with fresh berries, chantilly and forest fruit coulis
(I sampled many- in the name of research)

I soaked some raspberries in Cointreau this afternoon, then just gently heated them, served with pancake finished with a tablespoon of Cointreau and chocolate creme anglais.

Repeated the above with black cherries and brandy.

Yum, really pleased with the results.
