I've just come back from M&S having purchased raspberry sauce and pink champagne to have with my pancakes this evening. Obviously will be drinking the champagne and not putting it on the pancakes.

At least one of each of the following:

* Sliced banana, toffee sauce and whipped cream
* Maple syrup
* Mixed berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries etc) and whipped cream
* Lemon juice and raw cane sugar.

All will have a light dusting of powdered sugar on top once nicely rolled.
