Didn't have a chance to make any pancakes today.

I was at least hoping for an update of the 'photo your dinner' thread with Cotty's stack of large deep-pan pizza style efforts.

If anyone watches Man v Food you'll know what I mean. Mancakes!



Too late to ask for photos of anyones weird and wacky pancake combos. I'd be looking for inspiration.

Made a few tonight with honey lemon chicken, feta and peppers. Prefer savoury to sweet, to be honest.
