naan bread 1xplain 1xmeaty

yes I do looove a curry
Love the Friday night curry order, for me this usually consists of:

Chicken Chat starter
Chicken Vindaloo
Mushroom rice
Mushrrom bhaji
Sag Aloo

The wife normally goes for either a Bhoona or a Dupiaza

First time for me in here ...

Anyway I had a curry last night although only jarred stuff.

Sharwoods Tikka Masala. Usually find the jarred stuff is not that spicy so I used cayenne chilli pepper. "Made using pure ground chillies, use sparingly".

I didn't use sparingly. My Bum hurts.

Very nice though.

The pepper should go in your food, not in your pants.

HTH.

From what I understand the rice is coloured with food colouring dye's, i.e. red, green, yellow. Their is a technique so that some rice get covered in each colour. I will look it up and post up if I get the chance later.
