Anyway I had a curry last night although only jarred stuff.
Sharwoods Tikka Masala. Usually find the jarred stuff is not that spicy so I used cayenne chilli pepper. "Made using pure ground chillies, use sparingly".
I didn't use sparingly. My Bum hurts.
Very nice though.

From what I understand the rice is coloured with food colouring dye's, i.e. red, green, yellow. Their is a technique so that some rice get covered in each colour. I will look it up and post up if I get the chance later.Gassing Station | Food, Drink & Restaurants | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
