Restaurants in Swansea
Discussion
Hi all,
Looking for a bit of advice - I am organising a weekend group function in Swansea and am looking for a restaurant that can accommodate 20 people for a meal.
I am not too fussy about the style of food any will do.
I have already booked the Bay View Bar for the Friday night but am struggling to find anything other than Ask/TGIs which will do for Saturday.
I don’t suppose anyone knows of a curry/pie house with a private dining room I can hire?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Ben

Sorry no, but try posting in the S Wales forum http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/forum.asp?h=0...
Best Indian in Swansea is The Viceroy on St. Helens Road.
Always has been. Always will be.

Further afield, in Mumbles, there is Lal Qila. A bit more upmarket, bit pricier, and the pubs and surroundings are very agreeable.
Avoid anything on Wind Street or The Kingsway in Swansea.
HTH.
