I've recently become a tea drinker, i thought I was drinking too much coffee throughout the day so made the switch. Now I think I'm addicted.

Earl Gray is my tea of choice, due to the fact my director will only drink EG, not for any other reason.

I probably have 10 cups a day. Bad for me or OK?

I have it with a couple of drops of semi-skimmed milk, so it looks very much like mud.

Yourselves?

jasmine, green, or masala. 3 or 4 cups a day total, just with hot water. same reason as you really, i was drinking 8-10 cups of coffee a day and wondered why i was so wired all the time!

i don't like earl grey. english breakfast is better.

I'm finding that I am waking up in a better mood, no headaches, less irritability etc.

Good move going over to the Tea side!

Must go through a dozen or so cups a day.

I buy mine from WWW.JINGTEA.COM

I am a big fan of their White Teas Specifically "Whole Leaf White Assam"
It's not their cheapest stuff but as it loose leaf It can be re-used getting two or three mugs from it before the leaves need replacing.

They do a "Moroccan Mint" flavoured tea which is very refreshing for a change.

ETA I switched as I was drinking too much coffee to

I've moved over to the dark side of herbal teas and am feeling much better for it. Working in an office I was drinking 5/6 cups of tea a day and getting headaches at the weekend from caffine withdrawal i suppose.

Now I drink mainly Twinings fruity/mint selections.... although we've recently discovered Dr Stuart's range and am really enjoying those.

I feel like a mild expert on teas now I've tried so many - I have a whole shelf at work dedicated to teas smile

There is a Dr Stuart's with ginger and something else in it, I had those for a while, very nice...

Mostly EG though, and too much of it as well!! Mixed with a couple of cups of coffee too...
I commute for about 1h 45m each way to work, so being a little wired is better than the other way!

Think I should go back to the Dr Stuart type ranges again. Drank green tea with lemon for a while (think it was Clipper).

yorkshire tea, like tea used to be smile

used to drink this purely because it said yorkshire on it. the gold bags are actually really good and super cheap.

my boss drinks chrysanthemum tea. looks nice in the cup, tastes horrible.

Earl Grey is for girls and those of a "fruity" disposition.

You want something malty and full bodied - not something that smells like the perfume counter at a gaylords shop.

May i recommend Yorkshire Tea, Twinings English Breakfast or Assam.

Some fictional characters whose favourite tea is believed to be Earl Grey include: James Bond, agent 007; Bruce Wayne, the alter-ego of Batman;
Ya see, Early Grey is for sophisticated, manly men. And as the source is Wikipedia, you know it is 110% accurate.

I have Tranquility, Skin Purify, Slim Plus, Detox and Liver Detox on my desk, but can't see anything with ginger as a main ingredient...

I drink most tea to be honest but love a good cup of EG with lemon (I know I'm probably going to get a few comments for that admission). Best tea related prezzie had to be a proper tea pot so that I can have loose leaf tea and thats what got me hooked! Mmmmmm may do a pot now......

Green tea based, has lots of pepper in it etc, so a warming cup on a cold day!

I've just had a (rather poor, if I'm honest) cup of filter coffee, so I'll be on the Jasmine scented Green Tea (Double Dragon) for the rest of the day.

Not a huge fan of English-style tea with milk, and find Earl Grey in particular quite revolting.

ETA- And, don't get me started on Lapsang Souchong, that's like drinking the BBQ coals.
