Two cups of the local brew - thick sweet green tea with about as much caffeine as a double espresso. Couple of cups of Yorkshire or Breakfast tea and an Earl Grey when I'm feeling a bit Bondish.

Twinings Chai with a splash of milk, bit spicier than normal tea

Either Twinings Earl Grey, Twinings Ceylon or Yorkshire Gold. Depends entirely on what I feel like.

Around 8 cups a day at work, though i'll only go through 2-3 a day at home.

My parents both drink it black and think I'm weird for having milk with it, but I reckon its the way forward...
