Forgetting strength would it be accurate to class all cheeses into 3 types

1) Creamy = brie
2) Salty = Stilton
3) Buttery = ewes cheese of various types

Although I hate crap supermarket plastic cheese they do I love cheese singles. I know, that is really sad.

Andy
I'm with you ... nothing better than a Kraft slice sat betwixt muffin and poached egg
[/footnote]
I make an omelette with 4 in the middle and then put it in a wrap and eat it end to end with gooey cheese running down my face. Same for a chip wrap and also bacon and egg wraps.

I even take kebab meat out of the pitta put that in a wrap and add the cheese slices and eat that too. That is really chavvy. frownI can't help myself)

Regards
Andy

A couple I'd second on here are the black bomber and the Shepherds Purse Yorkshire blue.

Also try the Wensleydale creamery's smoked blue. lick
