Dear god, what were they thinking? There is an advert on at the moment from Pizza Hut (or whoever) offering this monstrosity.

Iceland also advertise a chicken tikka lasagne FFS. How about their resealable bag of 'quality' mince that looks like rabbit food, perhaps you'd rather enjoy a nice king prawn 'ring'? hurl

Kebab pot noodle, really? In fact, any pot noodle?

Who buys this stuff? I might make eating it a bannable offence, at least from this forum hehe

There really is some crap being produced isn't there?

So you're making assumptions without actually having tasted any of them (except maybe Pot Noodle)?

Hey, I'm not saying they are necessarily going to taste good, they might well be crap... but you shouldn't really pre-judge without actually knowing how they taste... SOMEONE must have liked the taste for them to get to the point of being sold on a national scale.

Just reminds me of those protests about Monty Python's Life of Brian being "blasphemous", and it turned out none of the protestors had actually seen it...

Seems a good a combination as any. I like chicken tikka and I like pizza (occasionally), so they might go alright together.

That said, I thought the same thing about a donna kebab pizza, which turned out to be absolutely rancid yuck Drinking large amounts of London Pride doesn't do much for your culinary tastes apparently.

I must admit to sometimes choosing chicken tikka on my Domino's. Together with olives and pineapple, it's really quite nice. smile

yes and I don't really care, sorry.

The whole concept is just wrong, and they can't even make it look appetising for TV ads.

chicken? on a pizza?

you don't need to try it to know it'll be fking awful

do you need to mix baked beans with custard to know if you'll like it or not?

I used to work at a site where they didn't let us have a kettle, and had those drinks machines that you type in a number and it gives you a luke warm cup of something that tastes almost exactly unlike coffee. And people used to drink the stuff! eek With nowhere to even wash out my cafetiere I had to switch to hot water from the drinks machine and instant coffee. Horrific time. hehe

It always suprises me the amount of junk food people eat. A site I was at a while back several people seemed to eat McDonnalds every day for lunch, when there was a lovely sandwich shop just down the road. I'll admit to the occasional KFC Zinger tower or Subway but that's about it for "fast food" for me, as it usually turns out to be neither.

We're bound to get to the point at which we get bored with all the food we currently have, then we'll start to mix it together in large quantities and re-sell it as new product. Lol.

I tried making a baked bean omlette once... Spectacular fail biggrin

I have to take issue with the kebab Pot Noodle though... That's gotta be utterly fantastic when you need something really tacky to eat. yum

You'd think chili and chocolate wouldn't go well together, but they do...

That there are a lot of peasants about? They're quite right; it'll probably sell very well.

that's because chocolate is bitter (well, the dark one is) so of course it will go with chilli

in fact 90% cacao chocolate goes well with pheasant

but seriously, chicken? on a pizza?

would you consider eating onion and ice cream just to find out?

so does balsamic and ice cream - you can put two tastes together in your head to work it out without having to put the ingredients on the same fork
