Softshell crabs, where to buy?

soft shell crabs are a fairly standard stock item for seafood wholesalers so most decent indy fishmongers should be able to source them for you. 99% are frozen from SE Asai but the quality is normally excellent. HTH.

Can't help with finding Sofshell crab but it sounds like I may have to make a return visit to Jamies to try this dish. Went on the opening weekend and was not overwhelmed.

Afraid not, just visiting for business.

Though we were staying at the Holiday Inn and ordered a taxi to get to the restaurant, we were met with a 7 series BMW! Bloody lovely!

Nice, although I can confirm that the 7 series taxi is far from normal, we usually have to endure some faceless Jap crap with a driver suffering from body odour problems!
