Only 1!?!?! Very Harsh!

OK, If it can be only one....

Is that the one near the castle, on the bridge, down the dip, across from the pub? That one?

Magnificently overated if it is.

I have no favourite filling for a pie.

My favourite kind of pie is a properly home made one.

Because it will cram-packed full of moist delicious filling right to the top,
and the pastry will not be overdone,
and there will be a good ratio of filling to moist, as opposed to dried out, pastry.

It will be served with delicious, fresh steamed vegetables.

It will come with a gravy that complements, rather than competes with the pie filling.

And if it doesn't? It will have been my mistake, rather than because the recipe was designed by accountants and made by monkeys.
