Mini breakfast tower to kickstart the day.
As Dr Evil would say

liquid "Yolk"

You can't beat an egg yolk running unctuously over something ; from asparagus to a burger to some smoked haddock.

8 Slices of bacon. Streaky - oven cooked till crispified.
2 Eggs.
Ketchup.
Delicious.
May need to delay lunch an hour or two.

It doesn't, it was just (in my opinion) an interesting fact.

As hot as it can go but isn't too important. Takes about 6-10 minutes dependent on just how crispy you like it. Its a nice method as a bit either way doesn't matter too much. Bacon should be rigid when its removed from the pan.

Thin streaky works the best so some of the optimum bacon you can get for this method is the value stuff.

Doesn't work well with back bacon.

Give it a go & report back - its my favourite way of doing bacon now.
