Oh my god I have to try one of these. Individually baked brioche loaf which is hollowed out and filled with sausage, lean bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, spicy baked beans, black pudding and topped with an egg.

Looks a bit style over substance, sooner have a decent sized plate with the Brioche on the side.

Got to be a cottage loaf, or if hungry a sandwich loaf.

cheese covered flute or whatever they are called in the uk.

I may even suggest toasting the bottom of the bread so that its a little more solid than normal once it gets the cotty treatment.

Aye, its like the opposite of a 'de-constructed' dish where they've taken something and 'constructed' something else out of it.

Would that stop a tin of beans leaking out the bottom?

Depends how fast you eat... could also melt a plastic cheese slice on the bottom to seal the end... might last a little bit longer against a tin of beans.
