After being out from 5.45am for a few hours this morn i deserved agood brekkie.

So raided the fridge and had toast with feta, spinach, sliced and fried salami (from lidl, lovely) topped with fried eggs from the garden hens and smokey chipotle sauce.



Lovely, could only have been improved with some good tiger bread instead of cheap white crsp.

I didn't take a picture of todays - it wasn't pretty.

Leftover kippers from yesterdays breakfast, in a tupperware with a rasher of bacon, an egg and a knob of butter, microwaved.

Tasted great, but looked and sounds bad!
