Googled it as I'd not heard of it, seems like it is just the usual American trick of adding sugar to everything.

The proportions are all wrong for me. The single Sausage and Egg McMuffin is a thing of beauty with the perfect ratio of hot buttered muffin to sausage to cheese to meat. To supersize it all you need to do is buy more of them.

It is...But very tasty.

Everything on that plate is below average quality and cooked to a standard which is hit and miss but i love it....It's cheap. It has everything a fry-up should and nothing that shouldn't.
If this place could time hop to the 70's you wouldn't know.

definatly trying this tomorrow, although 2 sausage 2 eggs 2 bacon and cheese will be mine . sounds like a good way to save money too doing it at the machine. must add 2 hash browns too.

That's triple what I had the other day after a monster long dog walk before breakfast and that was sufficient. Full disclosure, they did provide double sausage version at single price for some reason.

Not trying to be supercilious at all, just gob smacked at the quantity some folks eat.
