Ewwwww! Regarding the comment not the breakfast.

Anyway , folks, gird your loins, don the apron, get out the implements of choice, for this is the thread of the moment, tis BREAKFAST WEEK!!!!!!! Yes it really is officially Breakfast week.

Most days it's too simple, eg porridge with raisins, sultanas, dates and a splash of syrup. But Saturday, do I go for the full English, per photo done pages back, smoked bacon, sausages, black pudding, sauté potatoes, mushrooms, beans, fried bread, eggs sunny side up. Or do I go for the American, short stack pancakes, streaky bacon done crispy, eggs sunny side up, maple syrup. Simple but oh so yummy. Or something more left field? Decisions decisions.

Believe it or not, this is my slimming world breakfast ( turkey rashers a little overdone tbh) . Lost over a stone since 1st January so seems to be working.

/\ Doesn't look too bad for a healthy one, shame the yolk has mixed with the beans though.

My effort, had some bacon, eggs and black pudding left over from this week's meals, so rude not to get some doorstop to go with it! (there was a top to the sandwich)
Aldi "burns night" Black pudding is fantastic, FYI...

£5.50 including Coffee from a proper barista machine. Choice of beans or toms. I can just about finish it, but it does breakfast and lunch for me.
Bacon Egg & Chips....that's 24hr grub, never a wrong time.

Bravo for the weight loss. I tried the Weightwatchers diet a few years back, I'm 5'8" and 16st but I just could not eat the amounts listed...even your breakfast would defeat me.

One can eat smaller portions.

Not on Weightwatchers...you HAVE to eat so many calories...it was far too much for me!

On SW you can set your own portion size if the recipe is ‘free’ . I guess the idea is the fuller of ‘good’ stuff you are, the less likely you are to cheat between meals with crisps etc !

Well that sounds a lot better, I have a slow metabolism so don't eat big portions.

I’ve never eaten any McD breakfast grub! What’s recommended? Might go for a sausage and egg McMuffin for starters

Do like a sausage and egg McMuffin, maybe a double for more meat:egg ratio...

However, I am partial to the breakfast wrap!

It's their best product I'd say.
