The Running Fox at Felton, Northumberland if you’re ever in the area. One of the tastiest I’ve ever had. The white pudding was excellent.
Nice view of the village too.
Highly recommended.
The wife’s mushroom eggy bread got a big thumbs up too.

With added pointless green stuff to make it appear posh.

Lots to like there. I'd have toasted the bread for a little longer but that otherwise looks excellent to me.

Lightly toasted, yes. I don't like it too crunchy

Presentation 2/10....
Taste 11/10

Bacon is from Chatsworth estate farm and is absolutely delicious. Cured in molasses I think.

Perfect hangover cure. Good to see a non poncy breakfast on here too.

Rabbit droppings - black olives
Pale things = halloumi (with slices of sujuk (spiced garlic sausage)). On top

Cafe is owned by a Turkish family.

Avacado isn’t mashed which points to it being too hard. Bread poor. Good eggs

What was the consensus on chips on a FEB? They aren't for me for breakfast, but could accept a few for lunch, although they are unnecessary filler imo.
That's a lot of black pudding tho, i can only manage one bit, eaten a little bit at a time together with the other items... getmecoat
